Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is hiring for an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running, and be part of a fast-paced team. The role involves physical work on the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station and offers a clear path from entry to growth.

No experience is required; a 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one. Base pay ranges from $9.20 to $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as the network expands.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program.
• Physical work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups, and follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely, prep vehicles, and communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, stock and organize detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnels, and prepare towels and materials for daily operations.
