Target is hiring a Small Format Team Member in our New York stores. You will help guests, stock and sign merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

You will greet guests, assist with questions, ring transactions as needed, and work across departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Candidates should be friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step process.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist with stock and backroom duties to keep floors full and in stock.
• Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean store and restrooms.
• Operate equipment and maintain safety policies.
