Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide friendly customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean area.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage memberships, and ensure CX.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel cleanliness, prepare materials for daily ops.
