Job summary

Jack in the Box in Pullman, WA, seeks a team-oriented crew member to deliver friendly guest service, take orders, prepare and assemble items, and maintain a clean dining environment. Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or high-volume fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of English language and basic math; able to read orders.
• Physical ability to stand and move for most of the shift; lift 15–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders in POS, collect payment and thank guests.
• Assemble orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside dining areas, restrooms, and dining surfaces.
• Support back-of-house as needed and follow restaurant policies for breaks and timekeeping.
• Provide a positive, friendly, brand-aligned guest experience at all times.
