Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Phoenixville, PA location. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions at the cash register, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

You will be expected to maintain security of cash, assist with unloading merchandise, and provide a friendly, professional environment for customers and teammates. This is a part-time position with a focus on reliable, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Keep areas clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates and leaders.
