Exhale Spa at The Thompson Hotel in New York, NY is seeking a part-time guest experience associate for weekend shifts. You will greet guests, answer calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments with a focus on exceptional service.

The role emphasizes upselling additional services and wellbeing products while maintaining a friendly, energetic presence and a commitment to professional growth in a wellness-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess hospitality experience in spa, hotel, retail, and/or fitness club.
• Display good organizational and verbal skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player and a team builder.
• Be energetic, engaging, and eager to work and continue to develop their skills and experiences.
• You must have a big heart and be able to deliver extraordinary customer service
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
• Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers and members of the Leadership Team.
