Domino's Pizza is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, KY. You will greet customers, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience across in-store, phone, and digital channels.

Responsibilities include handling payments, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to fulfill orders promptly. The role supports promotions and inventory tasks while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
