AutoCamp is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Experience Team Member to join our team. Weekend availability strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 to pour alcohol.
• Experience in food and beverage preferred.
• Ability to work with cloud-based applications; knowledge of Google Suite preferred.
• Strong relational skills.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Excellent and attentive customer service.
• Hospitality background, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Food and beverage background.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety laws.
• Help cook and serve meals and beverages when necessary.
• Regularly restock the store and back of the house.
• Assist guests with registration and accommodation assignments; handle special requests.
• Guide guests with check-ins/check-outs per Autocamp policies.
• Collect and distribute messages for guests.
• Pre-register, block and manage same-day reservations; handle future reservations as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries.
• Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
• Perform cancellations as required.
• Any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Greet and welcome guests by speaking in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.

• Pre-register, block and take same day reservations; and when necessary future reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.
• Resolve guest complaints and assists with inquiries that relate to Autocamp's services, events, directions, local attractions, etc.
• Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
• Perform cancellations according to procedures.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES

• Must be over 21 to pour alcohol.

• A passion for the great outdoors and creating delight for guests
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred
• Ability and comfort in working with cloud based applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
• Strong relational skills

• Hospitality background, preferably in hotels or resorts.
