The role requires strong communication, situational awareness, and reliability, with flexibility for a retail schedule. You’ll collaborate with the AP team to uphold safety and security while delivering friendly, high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Clear and professional written and spoken communication.
• Observant and able to elevate concerns confidently.
• Comfort with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Forms).
• Flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Hospitality mindset with warmth and solution-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality-level service to every guest and team member.
• Create a welcoming vibe and set a friendly, professional tone.
• Assist guests with wayfinding, inquiries, and feedback.
• Handle admin tasks: phones, voicemails, and device check-ins.
• Document security or safety incidents accurately and confidentially.
• Monitor store activity with AP team to maintain security.
• Conduct routine safety walks and respond to hazards.
• Manage check-in procedures and monitor entry/exit points.
