NEXDINE Hospitality in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide a best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues and guests. You will manage all aspects of lunch and dinner service across units, guiding staff on service, stocking and resident communication.

The Sever/Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for providing a best-in-class dining experience to the residents, colleagues, and guests we serve by ensuring all are provided with exemplary service.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of lunch and dinner service in all units, and also will be guiding staff on correct service, stocking, proper resident communication, and closing procedures.
The Guest Experience Ambassador operates in a kitchen environment whereby employees may be exposed to and/or required to operate equipment, including but not limited to, an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef's knives. The team member is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise.

The employee may be required to sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push, pull & lift items weighing 40 pounds or less. Employee may be required to stand for long periods of time.
