• Math, computer and credit card terminal skills to process transactions.
• Answer phone and take messages professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of sanitation, food safety and security procedures.
• Know menu, buffet and bakery items offered.
• Communicate clearly with guests, teammates and management.
• Manage time and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Read directions and execute team/company objectives with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner
• Accurately taking Guest and carry out orders
• Math, computer and credit card terminal skills to accurately collect cash and process credit card transactions
• Ability to properly answer phone, take messages and assist caller in professional courteous manner
• Full knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures
• Full knowledge of Menu, buffet and bakery items being offered
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to assist Guests, fellow Team Members and Management
• Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and take direction and execute Team and company objectives with an attitude of courtesy and cooperation
• Analytical skills and a degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve problems that come with the position
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
• Must be reliable and dependable by being punctual, adhering to a schedule
