Job summary

Iowa Speedway is hiring part-time seasonal Guest Services Event Staff to assist guests, scan tickets, and guide attendees at admissions gates and grandstands. The team provides friendly, high-energy service to ensure positive experiences during race weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and are 18+ with strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Transporting and assisting guests, including ADA guests.
• Scanning tickets.
• Assisting guests at admissions gates and inside the grandstands.
• Checking for proper credentials.
• Assisting guests at information booths.
• Being an onboard tram ambassador, or serving as an attendant at tram stops.
• Greeting and assisting campers.
• Roaming/monitoring assigned campgrounds.
