• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors.
• Maintains current marketing, wellness and culinary programs.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to customers.
• Assists in selling techniques and supports customer decision-making.
• Ensures foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly.
