Job summary

Cabot-Managed Properties in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Guest Services Attendant to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. You will support golf operations at Cascata and Serket, interacting with guests and assisting staff to uphold course rules and service standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and reliable teamwork in a dynamic golf hospitality environment. Previous golf industry or customer-facing work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome arriving guests with excellent service.
• Handle guest equipment and transport to golf car staging area.
• Provide guests with thoroughly cleaned golf cars stocked with scorecards, pencils, divot sand and ice.
• Maintain clean and orderly golf car facilities.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of practice facility and tee stations; replenish practice balls.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop Staff to enforce club rules and beverage policy.
