Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen unit at 7 Greenwood Avenue, Romeoville, IL 60446 is hiring immediately for a full-time Customer Ambassador. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer with a high level of hospitality.
• Ensures stores are stocked, cleaned, and organized per company standards.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors.
• Maintains current marketing, wellness, and signage.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Drives a company vehicle safely to client locations.
• Assists in selling techniques and decision-making with customers.
• Ensures POS/Kiosk units function properly and assists with training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
