Job summary

Canteen North America in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Customer Ambassador to welcome guests, offer samples, and assist with POS/Kiosk training. You will engage customers to deliver friendly, helpful service and support store operations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a clean driving record, and a schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a hands-on position emphasizing hospitality and strong customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and signage are current and in place.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co‑workers.
• Drives a company vehicle safely to client locations.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision‑making process.
• Ensures all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assist with customer training and account set‑up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Customer Ambassador

Location: Canteen - 171 Covington Lane, Bloomingdale, IL 60108.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
