Job summary

Conner Prairie Museum in Fishers, IN seeks a Guest Ambassador to serve as the front-line link between the museum and its guests, delivering accurate information and outstanding service in person, by phone, and online.

This seasonal position requires a High School diploma or GED, a background in customer service, and flexibility to work day shifts across multiple guest-relations areas. Proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn museum programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in museum or entertainment settings.
• Ability to use computer systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Assist guests at multiple desks and areas (Ticket Desk, Information Desk, etc.).
• Sell tickets and process reservations using Blackbaud Altru.
• Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Stay informed about events and programs; communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
