Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team at HGI Albany Airport in Albany, NY. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in/out processes for all guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing arrival lists, assisting VIPs, and maintaining cash controls while upholding the company’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or operations knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with a personal, attentive approach.
• Review arrival lists and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in before arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings and transfer calls as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report cash variances to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow security procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect identification and payment methods.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
