Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, with personal recognition.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and respond to inquiries.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift and report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures.
• Request identification documents and payment methods during check-in.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
