Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in New York. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with products and services, and help guests with drive-up, order pickup, and registry. Shifts vary, allowing a personalized schedule.

You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, attend Welcome orientation, and complete a short training plan. Flexibility, reliability, and friendly service are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End each guest interaction with a thank you and provide help where needed.
• Support peers and assist leaders to de-escalate situations and maintain service quality.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
