Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to join our On-Demand Team Members (TM). You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues quickly.

You will work with a flexible schedule, choosing shifts posted by leaders or teammates through the myTime app, while maintaining high standards of service and safety. As an On-Demand TM, you will be empowered to manage your shifts, participate in welcome orientation, and contribute

• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently, following safety standards.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up and Drive Up with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist peers as needed.
