Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to assist guests, maintain store presentation and support daily operations. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to pick up shifts via the store's scheduling app, with emphasis on reliable attendance and guest service.

New hires undergo Welcome orientation and a short training period before autonomously selecting shifts. The position requires physical stamina and strong communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a welcoming manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Capacity to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide excellent service and resolve questions.
