Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers when needed.
• Explain Target App features and loyalty program benefits to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately, following safety standards.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services and returns.
• Follow policies when handling returns or exchanges.
