Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find items or resolve issues.
• Assist with returns, exchanges and sign-ups for loyalty programs.
• Operate scanners and assist with checkout while following safety and store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
• Explain store features, promos and the Target App to guests.
