Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking an Activities Coordinator to assist in providing Owners/guests with memorable experiences and events, contributing to a welcoming, vibrant resort environment.

You will promote recreational activities, recruit participation, and provide information on facilities and classes while ensuring safety and cleanliness of equipment and spaces. This full-time role supports a dynamic, service-driven culture at MVW.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 25lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owners/guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Encourages and recruits Owners/guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Provides information to Owners/guests about available recreation facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
• Sets-up, facilitates, and cleans up each activity.
• Promotes the rules and regulations of the recreation facility for safety and welfare.
