Job summary

Buehler’s Fresh Foods in Canton, OH is seeking a Tipped Server to provide exceptional dining experiences, seat guests promptly, and help move orders from the kitchen to tables with speed and accuracy.

You will greet customers, take drink orders, assist with menu choices, and upsell add-ons while coordinating with BOH staff to ensure accuracy and timely service. This role requires a friendly, flexible team player committed to hospitality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, especially great communication with guests and teammates
• Ability to greet customers, upsell items and guide selections
• Ability to work with BOH and catering teams and maintain service flow
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Seat customers as they enter the restaurant in a timely manner
• Greet customers and take drink orders promptly
• Assist customers with their order selections and upsell items
• Ensure bills are accurate and payments processed correctly
• Coordinate with BOH line cooks to ensure orders are correct and served promptly
• Maintain clean dining areas, pre-bussing and bussing tables
• Mentor and train new teammates as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Be flexible to assist in BOH or catering duties as required
• Support total store operations as directed
