Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will engage with guests, learn their needs, and help create meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and assisting across departments.

As a team member, you will merchandise and stock items, assist guests, and uphold uniform standards in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while ensuring guests are assisted nearby.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
