Dave & Buster’s Inc. is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, high-energy environment. You’ll help guests order, serve food and drinks, and ensure a great experience while learning our Micros POS system.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to sanitation procedures, and flexible scheduling to fit school or other jobs. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to operate Micros POS system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service to Guests and ensure a great experience.
• Accurately take Guests’ food and drink orders and enter into Micros.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and assist with bussing and setup.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and safety standards.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and balance at shift end.
• Assist other team members as needed and support sales incentives.
