Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring for a team member to deliver a memorable guest experience through fast, friendly service and attentiveness to guests’ needs. You will greet guests, take orders, enter them in Micros, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while maintaining cleanliness and following safety procedures.

The role offers flexible, part-time schedules to accommodate school or other jobs, with emphasis on teamwork and creating a fun, high-energy environment for guests and fellow team

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly when seated.
• Accurately take guests’ food and drink orders and enter them into the Micros system.
• Provide fast, friendly service and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Assist in party setup, bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Handle cash and operate credit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct change and balance at shift end.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage guests who may be intoxicated.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service.
