Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Jonesboro, AR to help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, operate the register, and support store operations with a positive, service‑minded attitude.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with customers, can handle multiple tasks, and are dependable in a fast‑paced retail environment. No prior retail experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Remain consistent on personal sales and support teammates’ presentations with SPG.
• Meet or exceed personal sales per hour, average sales, and net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service in the front, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Help Guests try on or fit merchandise and manage checkout and bagging.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and understand return/exchange procedures.
• Fill out and effectively use the SPG daily to accomplish goals.
• Maintain Buckle’s customer service standards and positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
