The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Kansas to help fulfill our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering, product display, and routine store upkeep.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies. Flexible scheduling and part-time benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Assist Guests with alterations and fitting needs as appropriate.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Develop knowledge of Buckle customer service expectations to meet Guest needs.
• Perform cashiering and basic store operations tasks as directed by management.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
