Cafua Management Company is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to support guest service at our Massachusetts locations. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with food preparation, and work closely with a collaborative team to ensure efficiency and quality in service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level position with training provided.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, enthusiastic guest service and create positive guest experiences.
• Prepare and serve products per Dunkin' Brands guidelines; maintain speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in coaching and feedback sessions.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe environment.
