Job summary

The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort South in Lahaina, HI is seeking a full-time Key Holder to support store operations and guest service. You will work with management to ensure loss prevention, merchandise display, and efficient transactions.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership and merchandising experience, a friendly service mindset, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Must be 21 for liquor sales. Pay rate is $20/hr.

Qualifications

Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service.
Suggestive selling to increase sales and add-on items.
Be knowledgeable about products, promotions, KPI goals, and new products.
Maintain presentation standards, cleanliness, replenishment, and stock rotation.
Process all transactions accurately in the cash register system and manage discounts and charges.
Complete store paperwork and follow procedures for operations, loss prevention, and HR policies.
Work as a team with staff to achieve store goals and a positive work environment.
