Job summary

Troon's Currahee Club in Toccoa, GA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a hospitality-focused property. The role drives upkeep, safety, and service quality while managing a team and outside contractors.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating contracts, and ensuring policy compliance to deliver guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Valid Driver's License and mechanical/equipment licenses (Boiler, HVAC).
• English language ability may be required to interact with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of the entire facility.
• Manages contracts and contracted services for maintenance of the facility and grounds.
• Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment used in maintenance.
• Coordinates exterior property cleaning and maintenance per company standards.
• Implements policies for Building Maintenance and facilities department; ensures quality standards.
• Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns, directs work; evaluates performance.
• Monitors staffing, productivity, costs and other expenses; manages department.
