Job summary

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, and strong customer service and communication skills. Availability for weekends and holidays and adherence to health and safety guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Take beverage and food orders from guests.
• Check identification and ensure legal drinking age.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash and process transactions through POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Restock bar inventory as needed.
• Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts.
• Provide prompt, friendly, professional service.
