Job summary
Oakley Country Club, located just fifteen minutes from downtown Boston, is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. This food service position offers competitive hourly pay between $21 and $24. Enjoy our convenient location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line!
Full and part-time positions available. 7 AM is the earliest possible start time, and the latest end time is 12 AM.
Qualifications
- Great personality, outgoing and customer-focused.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience.
- One year of server experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and working closely with kitchen and bar staff.
- Providing attentive and professional service to members and guests.
