Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is looking for a Guest Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day functions of the Men's Center, ensuring guests receive appropriate support. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, interacting with guests, and coordinating meal times.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma, have at least two years of relevant experience, and be a born-again Christian. This position emphasizes hospitality and compassion in support of the ministry to those in need.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of related work experience required such as retail customer service or hospitality industry.
• Ministry background is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with guests in a calm and respectful manner.
• Ensure a chapel service occurs at designated times.
• Perform hourly rounds to ensure safety.
• Report all incidents to Mission Tracker.

Basic Computer literacy

Ability to stand or walk for long periods
