GUEST CONCIERGE – GLOBAL RESERVATIONS
Atlas Ocean Voyages is seeking a highly motivated, locally based, GUEST CONCIERGE – GLOBAL RESERVATIONS professional to join our team. As a Guest Concierge – Global Reservations, you will serve as a key liaison between our discerning guests, travel advisors, and the Atlas brand. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our core values: discovery, authenticity, and elevated service. Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone, and email, providing support for existing bookings, modifications, and detailed itinerary inquiries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries, onboard experiences, and pre-/post-voyage offerings.
- Address complex inquiries, escalations, or requests with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Assist with financial transactions including payments, refunds, booking adjustments, and promotions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns, pre-departure assistance, or guest retention efforts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to clients and partners.
- Actively contributes to team goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Safeguards guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel, cruise, or hospitality guest services/reservations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus.
- Passion for travel, global cultures, and delivering elevated customer service.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
