Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding items.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely preparation and delivery.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area and server station cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
