Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking personable, guest-oriented individuals to join our Security team to create a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. You will protect guests, team members, and assets while delivering friendly service with a smile and a positive attitude.

Under Security Department supervision, you will participate in security operations, monitor for security risks, and support emergency response.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of security related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the Casino.
• Assist patrons with inquiries and provide information about property and events; escort them if necessary.
• Patrol casino areas to maintain security presence and report unusual situations or suspicious persons.
• Assist in coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Assist in maintaining proper key control.
• Promote responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service; notify managers of concerns.
• Demonstrate company values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, Dedication.
• Clean and sanitize work and public spaces.
• Other duties as assigned.
