Job summary

Subway Team Member is a role focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant. You will work as part of a team to ensure fast, friendly service.

Educational prerequisites include some high school or equivalent, and no prior experience is required. Training on responsibilities and safety procedures will be provided, with full-time/part-time shifts varying by location.

Qualifications

• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience from start to finish.
• Prepare and serve fresh food daily following food safety standards.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and presentable.
• Work with teammates to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for Guests.
• Assist Guests by knowledgeably recommending meal options and fulfilling orders.
