No prior experience is required; you will learn Buckle's product knowledge and sales process while assisting Guests, answering questions, and maintaining store standards. Availability on evenings and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Process purchases at the register and assist with fitting rooms and returns as needed.
