• Greet and seat customers, record orders, apply suggestive selling, ensure prompt order placement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inform management of safety hazards or problems.
• Complete all required paperwork and daily side-work safely and timely.
• Adhere to company standards and policies.
• Offer suggestive selling to maintain guest check average.
• Greet, seat and deliver dishes in a timely manner.
• Be courteous and professional with guests at all times.
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties as assigned.
• Assist other service personnel as needed.
