TOAST Murrieta in Murrieta, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts with energy and passion for hospitality. You’ll coach a team to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and maintain operational excellence across service, food quality, and safety.

You’ll create an environment where guests feel welcomed and valued while developing future leaders and ensuring consistent execution on guest satisfaction and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees.
• High-volume restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
