Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process hotel linens and towels, maintain a clean and organized laundry area, and support housekeeping operations as needed.

The role includes sorting, washing, and stocking linens, adhering to safety procedures, and using hotel systems to manage inventory and guest requests. Flexible shifts and a customer-focused environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred.
• Ability to learn job-related technology.
• Strong reliability and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linens and towels according to established procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stock linens and towels.
• Treat stains when appropriate and maintain records of stained, damaged, or discarded items.
• Notify a supervisor when linens cannot be restored and should be removed from inventory.
• Operate washers, dryers, and related equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain laundry production, inventory, and supply records as required.
• Follow established procedures for sanitation, chemical handling, safety, security, and emergency response.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest or departmental requests.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain a professional appearance consistent with uniform and grooming standards.
