Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests and team members with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them to keep days varied.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures for guest and team safety.
