Job summary

PCH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to ensure a smooth dining experience in our Grand National/Opelika properties. You will carry dirty dishes, maintain clean tables and assist servers to deliver outstanding guest service with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to provide guests with excellent service.
• Attend daily menu classes to stay informed about dishes and presentation.
• Support servers by supplying service items and restocking as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the dish line.
• Wipe table tops and chairs to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Clear tables and remove dishes promptly to keep dining areas tidy.
• Set up tray jacks and bus tubs for service readiness.
• Assist in tea/coffee area and maintain supplies.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors at end of shift.
• Restock condiments and organize menus as side work.
