Job summary

Won't Stop Operations is seeking a Busser to support both FoH and BoH in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will maintain dining room cleanliness and table readiness while contributing to the flow of service, ensuring a hospitable guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. Previous hospitality experience is valued, and the position operates on-site at our Indianapolis location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the location.
• High integrity and reliability; open to feedback.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables efficiently to maintain the restaurant’s flow of seating.
• Clean and reset tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Assist service staff by pre-bussing and clearing items throughout the guest’s experience.
• Keep service stations stocked and organized with necessary supplies.
• Communicate proactively with the hostess and service team regarding table progression.
