Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests personally with enthusiastic tone and body language.
• Make guests feel appreciated through attentive service.
• Team with staff to maintain smooth bar/dining operations.
• Assist with running food and clearing tables as needed.
• Keep areas clean and stocked to Harbor-HR-LLC standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Enter drink orders, process payments, and track tabs.
• Close out cash and ensure accuracy of drawers.
• Maintain bottle displays and sanitize glassware.
• Anticipate guest needs and engage politely.
• Learns guests' names and favorite drinks.
• Ensure responsible service; monitor guest intoxication.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
