Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests to the correct department.
• Assess guest needs quickly and route them to sales, service, or management.
• Provide accurate information, take messages, and ensure timely communication.
• Support administrative and clerical duties contributing to daily operations.
• Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of the dealership.
